Refund Policy

You should read the Terms of Use and Refund Policy before purchasing from our website. By you continuing to use our website and/or services means you have read and understood our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree with them then please do not continue or feel free to contact us to discuss.

Brandina Design & Print may amend this Refund Policy from time to time. Please check back regularly to ensure that you are kept updated. For your convenience we place a date and time at the bottom of the page when we amend our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

At Brandina Design & Print our priority is to ensure that all of our clients are 100% happy with our services. This is why we offer a Money Back Guarantee on our design services and printing items. There are, however, some conditions that apply.

Website Design Services

1. Website design payments are refundable up to the point revisions on the design have commenced. This means that you have received the initial design concept(s) from your account manager and have requested to see some changes made to it. This indicates that you are happy with the direction the design is taking and you simply want to make some modifications.
Only if you are completely dissatisfied with the initial concept(s) put to you and you do not wish to make any changes (revisions) to the design, you are entitled to a refund.
A cancellation fee of $110 inc GST applies and the remainder will be refunded to you via the same method of payment you used for the deposit.

1a. If you purchased a package and wish to cancel the website that has not been started, a full refund of the website design will be provided – less any actual work produced by Brandina Design & Print. This includes items that are noted as being ~FREE or ~BONUS as part of a package:

Examples of a package being broken up:

  • – Website Design
  • – Logo Design
  • – Print Media (Business cards, flyers, posters, banners, catalogues, stickers etc)
  • – Graphic Design

The fee deducted will be based on current value prices – for work that has actually been completed. If we have given you a custom order or a special price, then our normal fees on individual items are payable as the package has been broken. Please see our rates below:

  • – Our standard design rate is $80 + GST per hour. This does not include logo design, video editing or animation
  • – Logo design rate is $117.28 + GST per hour

To calculate the refund amount simply go to our specials on the website, select the items of work you have received and add them up for a total. This total is the amount payable by you, the customer, for the work that has actually been done, we take that from the deposit and the remainder is refunded.

~FREE or ~BONUS only applies if NO REFUND IS REQUESTED otherwise fees mentioned above will be charged.

1b. If you have approved the design and work and the programming of the website has not yet commenced and you wish to ask for a refund, you will be refunded the total amount excluding the costs associated with the design calculated at $80 + GST per hour (minimum 5-hour charge total $400 + GST).

1c. If we have commenced any form of changes (revisions) to your artwork our refund policy no longer applies. By purchasing a website design services by us you are agreeing to our refund policy and terms of use.

Graphic Design Service (Including Logo Design)

2. Graphic design fees are refundable up to the point revisions on the design start.
This means that you have received the initial design concept(s) from your account manager and have requested to see some changes made to it. This indicates that you are happy with the direction the design is taking and you simply want to make some modifications.
If you are completely dissatisfied with the concepts put to you and you do not wish to make any changes (revisions) to the design, you are entitled to a refund. A cancellation fee of $55 inc GST applies and the remainder will be refunded to you. This cancellation fee applies only to jobs that have been started. Once revisions have commenced the Money Back Guarantee is void and work will continue on the design.

Printing Refunds

3. Brandina Design & Print will only issue you a refund if there was an error with the printing made from our end. Example: we printed on the wrong stock or folded/cut the items incorrectly. This does not include any aspect of artwork errors including spelling & grammar mistakes.

3a. In order to start printing you will need to have approved the artwork in writing via email before we commence any printing. Brandina Design & Print DO NOT accept verbal approvals and this must be done in writing via email. It is your responsibility to ensure all information on the artwork is correct, that there are no spelling or grammar mistakes and the images that you provided to us are of good quality and that you have the permission to use the selected images. Brandina Design & Print take no responsibility when it comes to copyright issues based on using content or images from a source without permission. Once artwork has been approved for printing, the refund is void and will not be offered in the event errors are found after printing.

By purchasing any of our printing services you are agreeing to our refund policy and our terms of use.

IMPORTANT THINGS YOU SHOULD NOW ABOUT OUR POLICIES

FREE and BONUS are not billable unless you request a refund. If a refund has been requested, then the following rates will apply:

  • – Our standard design rate is $80 + GST per hour. This does not include logo design, video editing or animation
  • – Our standard programming rate is $110 + GST per hour.
  • – Logo design rate is $117.28 + GST per hour

By using our services and to be eligible for a refund you must also read, understand and agree to our Terms & Conditions. This policy applies alongside our Refund Policy.

Refunds will only be given the way it was paid (unless special arrangements are made with management in writing)

Brandina Design & Print reserve the right to cancel order(s) at any time.

Brandina Design & Print have the right to update, correct, change and remove any information in our privacy policy without notifying you in any way.
